Shepherding Us

The 4th Sunday of Easter is popularly known as 'Good Shepherd Sunday'. We reflect on the fact that in the time of Jesus, the tasks of shepherds was well know, and the the behavior of sheep has always been documented. Sheep are easily taken advantage of by thieves and wolves. If Jesus was the 'Good shepherd' there are bad shepherds, which ones you want to follow? We have to be aware that only the Good Shepherd will save us as sheep.
