Divine Mercy Sunday

The Sunday of the Octave of Easter has been established as Divine Mercy Sunday. On this day the mercies of the newly risen Christ is poured upon the 'whole world.' One is able to obtain the freely given mercies of God to flow into our lives by daily reciting the Divine Mercy Prayer beginning on Good Friday until the following Sunday. Confession, communion and Mass on Divine Mercy Sunday, will bring the mercies of God to our lives.
